Efficient Filtration

A Gravity Band Filter is simple in design and yields high performance with advantages to liquid filtration not available in other products. It is engineered to function with few moving parts. The contaminated fluid is pumped into the filter and forced through the media via gravity and a unique inlet feed system. UHMW wheels seal the ends of the flatwire belt and unique media edge side seals prevent filtrate bypass. As solids accumulate on the filter media, the chamber liquid level rises to meet a pre-set limit. The carrier belt discharges the spent media and solids into a receptacle. Clean filtrate is discharged from the bottom section. The flight scrapers assure solids are removed from the filter bed.
